Responsibilities :
- Provide compensation support to HR Business partners & managers within the Digital Media Sales/GTM organization to address any compensation-related business challenges; as well as offer guidance to key stakeholders including Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, and Rewards operations.
- You'll be a key player throughout the year on compensation programs support for your client group as well as during the annual Rewards Planning process.
- Provide input to compensation program owners to improve compensation programs and ensure programs meet business needs.
- Respond to Talent Acquisition offer inquiries as needed.
- 4-5 years of experience in Compensation, specifically supporting both Sales & Technical talent.
- Effective presenter with ability to offer data-driven insights clearly with varying levels of management.
- Experience with Workday, Excel, & Powerpoint
- Excellent written skills.
- Ability to drive complete projects end to end (eg. Job Architecture reviews)
- Self-motivated to create the best final product/outcome for the business.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal and consulting skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative team player
- Compensation experience in Tech
- Values and demonstrates attention-to-detail.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Interest in analyzing data, with ability to drive decision-making.
- Experience using Radford surveys, job matching, and pay range development
