Summary
We are seeking an AI Engineer with 5+ years of experience in machine learning development and deployment. Must be proficient in Python and experienced with Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio, foundational models, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). This position requires strong skills in data preprocessing, feature engineering, model optimization, and scalability. The ideal candidate will have strategic problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to AI governance and ethical AI practices.
Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in AI development, specializing in machine learning, model building, and deployment.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks.
• Expertise in Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio, foundational models, and RAG.
• Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model selection.
• Proven ability to optimize and fine-tune models for performance and scalability.

Preferred

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic approach to AI integration.
• Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex AI concepts into business-friendly language.
• Experience in testing and validating AI models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Knowledge of AI governance principles, ethical AI practices, and responsible AI deployment.
