JD:
- Research issues with Discovery patterns, update discovery patterns as required, work incidents
- ServiceNow Discovery Pattern Development experience
- strong OS (Windows/Linux) background
- Regular Expressions
- experience in Cloud Concepts (Google Cloud Platform/Azure) etc
- Active CSA/CAD ServiceNow
