Description
* Lead the design, development, and maintenance of advanced data infrastructure on a cloud-based data platform.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data architecture aligns with business objectives.
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior data engineers.
* Oversee the implementation of efficient data processes.
* Optimize performance for speed and efficiency.
* Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are met.
* Implement automation and orchestration for data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and development of scalable data architectures.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
* Develop and oversee efficient data processes.
* Optimize performance of data platforms.
* Establish and enforce data governance and compliance standards.
* Work closely with data architects and analysts to align infrastructure with business needs.
* Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Qualifications
* 6-8 years of experience in data engineering.
* Extensive experience in optimizing cloud-based data warehousing solutions.
* Advanced proficiency in SQL with a focus on optimization and complex queries.
* Strong experience in data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
* Hands-on experience with cloud environments like AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
* Proficiency with data integration processes and tools.
* Advanced scripting skills for automating data processes.
