Pay Range: $140000K-$200000K

Description:
Lead in a high-growth startup environment with significant opportunities for impact and ownership.
Drive product vision and delivery while working closely with tech and business teams in an Agile setting.
Build and manage a lean, high-performing product team.
Interface with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment across teams.
Shape the future of the company's product direction.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and grow a team of analysts, ensuring clarity in product requirements.
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, delivery, prioritization, and iteration.
Translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
Manage the product intake process, aligning requests with strategic goals.
Define and track KPIs and success metrics to guide roadmap decisions.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Product Leader in a lean, Agile startup environment.
Deep technical understanding of architecture, APIs, data models, and system dependencies.
Strong background in creating clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Experience managing stakeholders across various departments and external partners.
Excellent communicator with strong facilitation and decision-making skills.
