Title: Adobe Experience Platform Senior Developer Location: Seattle, WA / St. Louis, MO / Plano, TX / Dallas, TX / Houston, TX (Onsite)

Job description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
- Adobe AEP ( RT-CDP, Identity Profile), WebSDK
- Exposure to Integration of APIs or Adobe Experience Cloud Products with AEM like Target, Analytics, AEM Forms, DTM
- AEM aacs, AEM 6.5x , HTML, CSS, JS scripts, Integrations
- Integration with Web Services -SOAP, REST
- Architecting Experience in AEP Data Schema, SIP Process Ingestion, Data Modeling, Identity Profile Models
- CI/CD Cloud Manager, will be plus
- Good Knowledge in Data Management Platforms, Datalake, Data Schema
- Data Normalization, Harmonization, Data Quality Standards, etc.
- Mareting Concepts Behavioral data, CRM Data, other

Roles & Responsibilities
- Part of Large scale AEP ( CDP) implementation projects
- Prepare detailed technical design for various templates, components as well as services layer
- Effectively communicate architecture and design to clients and rest of the development team
- Direct technical teams in developing client solutions
- Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems through in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals
- Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments
- Ability to define and translate business objectives (growth, retention, personalization) into actionable data and AI strategies.
- Understanding how data from commerce, marketing, and content systems drives unified, omnichannel experiences.
- Skill in quantifying business impact of AI and analytics use cases (e.g., uplift, cost savings, conversion gains).
- Experience engaging CMO, CDO, and CIO stakeholders to shape vision, roadmap, and governance.
- Ability to drive organizational readiness and help clients embed data-driven decision-m aking into their operating models.
- Expertise in connecting Commerce, CMS, CDP, and Marketing platforms using APIs, ETL, and event-driven architectures.
- Deep understanding of audience segmentation, identity resolution, and activation flows across tools like Adobe, Salesforce, or Segment.
- Proficiency with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform for data orchestration, AI model deployment, and analytics pipelines.
- Familiarity with predictive modeling, recommendation systems, and NLP applications for personalization and insights.
- Strong grasp of data quality, privacy (GDPR, CCPA), and ethical AI frameworks within marketing and commerce contexts.
