Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. As a NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing and optimizing NetSuite solutions to meet the business needs of our clients. You will leverage your technical expertise and functional knowledge to design, customize, and configure NetSuite modules, workflows, and integrations, ensuring seamless alignment with business processes and requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design customizations, workflows, and configurations within NetSuite.
- Configure NetSuite modules, including but not limited to Financials, CRM, Inventory Management, and Order Management, to meet client requirements.
- Develop and customize SuiteScripts (SuiteScript 1.0 and SuiteScript 2.0) to implement customizations, automations, and enhancements in NetSuite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to implement and integrate NetSuite solutions effectively.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of NetSuite functionalities.
- Perform data migration, cleansing, and validation activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity within NetSuite.
- Configure and maintain integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems using SuiteTalk, RESTlets, and other integration tools.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for NetSuite implementations, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimizing downtime.
- Stay updated on NetSuite releases, features, and best practices to leverage new functionalities and optimize existing solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant or similar role, with expertise in both technical and functional aspects of NetSuite.
- Proficient in configuring and customizing NetSuite modules, workflows, forms, and reports to meet business requirements.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite data model, record types, and customization capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with SuiteScript development (SuiteScript 1.0 and SuiteScript 2.0), including scripting APIs, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Experience with NetSuite integrations using SuiteTalk, RESTlets, SOAP web services, and other integration tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- NetSuite certification(s) such as SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer, or Administrator.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC practices.
- Knowledge of related technologies such as ERP systems, CRM platforms, and eCommerce solutions.
