Description

We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to join our detail-oriented services team in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing product development cycles, ensuring alignment with client needs, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance product performance. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product features and enhancements.
Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and design, to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform product strategies.
Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and implement improvements to optimize outcomes.
Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, showcasing product progress and strategic initiatives.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support product launches and promotional efforts.
Identify opportunities for innovation and propose new product ideas to meet market demands.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in product development and management.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or a related role.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Knowledge of market research techniques and competitive analysis.
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar project management software.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
