• Agile/Scrum practitioner with experience in ATF, versioning, and release pipelines.
• Excellent stakeholder communication; ability to translate business KPIs into technical solutions.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications

• Need experience in Metric Definitions, Metric Instance, Script Includes, Scheduled Scripts
• UI Builder, Platform Analytics
• Solid SQL and data modeling skills, Data models, Cubes
• Snowflake (or equivalent cloud data warehouse)
• Familiarity with Predictive Intelligence (classification, similarity, clustering) and model lifecycle.

• Power BI & SQL Server Management experience
• Data governance background (glossary, lineage, stewardship) and PII/security controls.
• Experience with Data Archiving: archive table design, off?platform storage patterns.
• Exposure to Discovery/Service Mapping and how those affect CMDB data quality and reporting.

• Must be in one of the following Locations and work in office 3 days per week (Minneapolis, MN or Chandler, AZ)
