Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst Job ID: 25-09592 Location: Santa Clara, CA Duration: 09 months on W2 contract

Job Summary:

Seeking a Senior Business Analyst with experience in COTS implementations, vendor management, and application integration. Strong preference for candidates with Land Management/Permitting system experience (e.g., Accela, Lucity).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead requirements gathering, functional specs, and testing for Land Management/Permitting applications
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with consultants
Support full SDLC for COTS solutions and application enhancements
Create documentation: use cases, workflows, data models, and training materials
Drive user acceptance testing, training, and post-implementation support
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and project teams

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in public sector or local government
Experience with vendor management and application integration
Hands-on with COTS implementations (end-to-end lifecycle)
Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills
Advanced SDLC knowledge and MS Office proficiency (Visio, Project)

Preferred:

Knowledge of Land Management/Permitting systems (e.g., Accela)
Experience with Work Order Management systems (e.g., Lucity)

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is $61.48 per hour.
