At Huron, Associates lead with expertise and collaboration, partnering with Huron and client leaders to create sustainable solutions that drive meaningful results. As an Associate, with our Data Management & Analytics team, you will utilize Huron approaches and methodologies to lead project work streams to help clients solve their most complex business challenges to advance their clinical and financial outcomes. You'll work on varied projects, gain valuable, hands-on consulting and change management experience, while positively impacting mission-driven healthcare organizations

As the Associate .Net Developer, you will:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions to ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
  • Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.net Core and ASP.net Blazor (Server Side)
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and Web APIs
  • Perform data ETL transformations using SSIS, SQL, Excel, and text files
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field with 2+ years of experience in .Net development
  • Proficiency in C#, TSQL and JavaScript
  • Experience with ASP.net Core, ASP. net Blazor (Server Side), Web API, REST, HTML and CSS
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database management
  • Familiarity with C# Winforms or Console applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a client facing role

Preferences:
  • Cloud computing services experience: AWS, Azure, CI/CD
  • DevOps experience: Work Items, Source Code, CI/CD
  • Technology tools: Telerik, Postman

The estimated base salary range for this job is $105,000 - $115,000. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $120,750 - $132250. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
