The Heart of Ohio HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heating & Cooling Installer to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service to our valued customers. We provide award-winning heating, cooling, and air quality services, come join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems based on project specifications and requirements
- Install and connect HVAC equipment, including ductwork, piping, and electrical components
- Test HVAC and adjust systems to ensure proper functioning and efficiency
- Follow safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of credible heating and cooling installer experience.
- A valid, current driver's license
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
- Valid EPA Refrigerant Recovery Certification

Employees must be able to pass pre-employment screening including a criminal background check; motor vehicle check and drug screening. Maintaining eligibility to operate company vehicles is a fundamental job requirement. All employees that operate company vehicles must maintain their driving record as insurable under the company's vehicle insurance provider

Compensation details: 25-35 Hourly Wage
