Required Education:
4-year college degree or equivalent study
Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
Experience as a Business Analyst (5 Years)
Experience with Customer Service/End User Support/Helpdesk Support (5 Years)
Ability to analyze complex business processes, workflows, and assist the user with the issue and resolution (3 Years)
Knowledge of various documentation including BRD, FRD, Use Cases, User Stories, Test Scripts, etc. (5 Years)
Experience with Software Testing (5 Years)
The Business Analyst serves as a business analyst/helpdesk support for projects involving critical data processing systems for our client
Job Duties:
The BA will be responsible for the support of various client applications
The analyst will be expected to monitor the helpdesk, accept helpdesk tickets, analyze the problem reported and assist the user with a resolution in a timely manner
The analyst will be expected to document the issue and resolution, test the application to replicate the issues reported and be able to understand Use Cases, Business Requirements Documents, User Stories, Test Scripts, and any other related documentation
The BA will be expected to work in fast paced projects and will be expected to be organized, multitask, take initiatives, and be customer friendly
