Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support SFCC-based eCommerce solutions (Site Genesis or SFRA)
- Provide L3 level support and work with offshore teams
- Manage third-party integrations (CMS, Payments, Loyalty, Search)
- Implement and expose APIs using OCAPI/SCAPI
- Contribute to performance tuning and holiday readiness
Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years hands-on SFCC (Demandware)
- Deep knowledge of SFRA or Site Genesis
- API development (REST, GraphQL, OCAPI, SCAPI)
- Experience with observability tools like Datadog or New Relic
- Agile & TDD methodologies
- Experience in peak sales cycles and scalability
- Knowledge of Git/Bitbucket, branching, and code reviews
- Familiarity with data modeling and test automation frameworks
