Seeking an HCM Training Specialist to support statewide talent acquisition and performance management programs. Responsibilities include delivering in-person/virtual training, developing and maintaining training materials, analyzing program data, and managing the Learning Management System (LMS). This role involves working with Workday (GA@WORK) to enhance recruiting processes and optimize talent management.
Required Skills:
Experience delivering training through multiple methods (in-person, online, virtual, multimedia)
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Program management and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
Experience with Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Optimization
HRIS systems training experience (Preferred)
