Cybersecurity Project Manager
Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project charters, scope statements, and detailed project plans for cybersecurity initiatives.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Oversee cybersecurity risk assessments, vulnerability remediation efforts, and incident response projects.
- Conduct and facilitate cyber tabletop exercises to strengthen organizational response to cyber threats.
- Continuously monitor project progress, identifying potential risks and ensuring mitigation strategies are in place.
- Provide timely project updates, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports.
- Develop and deliver presentations for senior leadership, translating technical insights into business-focused reports.
- Ensure cybersecurity projects align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Manage budgets and resource allocation, ensuring projects are completed within scope and timeline.
- Escalate risks proactively to prevent project delays or security vulnerabilities.
- Foster collaboration between cybersecurity, IT, compliance, and business teams to achieve security objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong cybersecurity background with experience in cyber threats, incident investigation, vulnerability remediation, and cyber tabletop exercises.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience with MITRE ATT&CK framework for cyber threat analysis.
- Strong time management and deliverables tracking to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to escalate risks before they become critical issues.
- Experience in managing budgets, resources, and strategic project alignment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or PMI Certification or equivalent project management experience.
- Familiarity with telecommunications technologies is a plus.
- Experience with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.
- Knowledge of SIEM tools, threat intelligence platforms, or incident response processes
