Preferred Education
MBA or advanced degree (preferred but not required).
Preferred Certification
Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile (e.g., CSM, SAFe) highly desirable.
Required Skills
Project Management: 5+ years of experience, preferably in IT security, risk analysis, or compliance projects.
Methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management.
Leadership: Ability to guide teams, set objectives, and drive project success.
Communication: Clear and concise updates for stakeholders and executives.
Risk Management: Proactive identification and mitigation of project risks.
Tools: Proficiency in MS Project, Azure DevOps (ADO), Clarity PPM, or similar.
Organization: Strong planning, scheduling, and budgeting capabilities.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Ensure alignment with organizational security goals.
Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to meet milestones.
Resolve dependencies and remove roadblocks.
Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
Escalate critical issues when necessary.
Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, risks, and decisions.
Facilitate project meetings and document action items.
Ensure deliverables meet security and compliance standards.
Track progress using MS Project, ADO, Clarity PPM, or equivalent.
Work Model
Hybrid Schedule: Onsite Tuesday-Thursday (Chicago office).
