Title:: Recruiting Coordinator/Recruiting coordinator/HR coordinator/HR assistant/Recruiting Assistant
Duration: 8+ Months (Opportunity for extension)
Location: St. Petersburg, FL
Working Model: Hybrid role in office 3 days per week
Pay Rate: $22-$25/Hr on W2
Description:
- The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling interviews, onboarding new hires, and providing overall support to the Talent Advisor (recruiter).
Job Duties
- Partner with Talent Advisors to deliver a consistent staffing process to our clients, candidates and HR partners.
- Support of the full staffing process including experience in company ATS (Workday) and all steps/statuses.
- This will include supporting all administrative recruiting functions including email correspondence, interview scheduling, tracking candidates, retrieving data and keeping Talent Advisors responsible for maintaining the integrity of the system on all open requisitions including adding notes in the system when reaching out to candidates for scheduling and updates.
- Own the full Onboarding process; including flawless execution with all education, employment, and background checks in conjunction with outside vendor.
- Maintain a consistent professional image that mirrors the for Talent Acquisition.
- Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
- Performing work in compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulations pertaining to equal employment opportunity and company policy per management direction.
- Perform additional duties as-assigned
Skills: Must Haves - Hard Skills
- Minimum of 3+ years of HR administrative experience (hr assistant, recruiting coordinator, hr coordinator, onboarding specialist, etc.)
- Working knowledge of basic Recruiting/HR practices (i-9's, employee onboarding, background check)
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite (especially with Excel, Outlook, and Word)
- Experience scheduling a high volume of interviews - at least 20-30 interviews per week

- High attention to detail while handling a large volume of work
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clientele
- Proactive instead of reactive communication
- Interested in a potential full-time career with the client ideally in a Recruiting Coordinator/Talent Acquisition role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism at all times; this person will be interacting with HR Senior Management almost daily
- Ability to maintain a high sense of urgency at all times
- Strong organization skills
