Job Description Must Have
Years of experience 10+ years Heavily Agile coach experience required along with banking domain experience
Foundational skills:
- Experience with Scrum Teams, Kanban Teams and working in the Bank of America version of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Experience in participating in Agile Communities of Practices and/or interacting with the Agile Center of Excellence.
- Experience in creating and delivering training content in a simple interactive manner for various roles in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.
- Should be a hands-on passionate team player that can work at all levels across the organization.
- Experienced in launching PDTs, Training teams, coaching PDTs as well as Teams.
- Experience running agile projects of varying size and complexity.
Desired skills:
- Strong leader, educator, coach, and problem solver.
- An excellent communicator and motivator.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Horizon tooling experience (JIRA, TeamHQ, PPRT etc.).
- Agile Coach certification or SM/RTE certification.
- Experience coaching multiple trains, large organizations.
