responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution & Optimization: Design, test, and execute email marketing and automation campaigns, focusing on audience segmentation, lead scoring, and workflow triggers to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to campaign structure, flow, segmentation, and email/landing page functionality (no HTML coding required).
- Strategic Innovation: Introduce new tactics, such as A/B testing, personalization, and AI-driven enhancements, to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
- Training & Coaching: Create and present PowerPoint training materials to guide division marketing teams, providing coaching and feedback to align with company goals.
- Program Audits: Conduct regular audits of automation programs to ensure adherence to best practices, including campaign structure, content, and audience selection.
- Data & Reporting: Analyze campaign KPIs, manage monthly marketing cost uploads to attribution/ROI platforms, and distribute updated reports to division teams.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams, external vendors, and cross-functional departments to integrate workflows, manage landing pages, and communicate program updates.
- Process Documentation: Develop clear user guides, tutorials, or presentations to document program changes and enhancements.
- Compliance: Ensure all division content meets brand and regulatory standards, securing approvals as needed.
qualifications:
- Experience: 5-7 years in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in marketing automation platforms (Adobe Marketo preferred; HubSpot or Salesforce acceptable) in a corporate setting, ideally in real estate, tech, or consumer goods.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in troubleshooting campaign flows, segmentation, and triggers.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills for creating training materials.
- Basic understanding of audience segmentation, lead scoring, and marketing attribution/ROI reporting.
- Platform Knowledge: Strong experience with Adobe Marketo, HubSpot, or Salesforce; familiarity with Adobe Digital Asset Management is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Proactive, professional, and high-energy approach to align with team culture.
- Excellent communication skills to coach teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset to propose and implement innovative solutions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent business experience.

- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for basic graphics maintenance.
