- Conduct in-depth data analysis to support strategic decision-making and provide insights into business operations.
- Take initiative in identifying challenges and opportunities within the data landscape, offering recommendations and driving solutions with minimal supervision.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders, translating complex data concepts into understandable and actionable information.
- Lead and participate in data governance activities, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and proper management of data while understanding the principles of data stewardship.
- Perform meticulous data entry, gather information through stakeholder interviews, and articulate business and technical requirements to support project objectives.
Qualifications
- Ability to query data using SQL, technical understanding of data and systems.
- Good communication skills.
- Looking for good generalist who has Data Governance (preferred) experience, Collibra (preferred), understands Data Stewardship (preferred).
- Knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM) data,
- Data entry, stakeholder interviews and writing business/technical requirements.
