Proficient in CAD software: Creo
Previous experience with Volvo systems. KOLA etc.
Effective communication skills with Function Leaders and cross-functional teams
Job | Job Description |
Mechanical Engineer A up to 3 years | Have an operational responsibility in the day-to-day development, mainly changes to existing products. Product and procedures are given, however the work requires experience and the capacity to perform analysis and draw conclusions. Focus on own technical area with no or limited interfaces to other technical areas. |
Mechanical Engineer B 3 to 6 years | Have operational responsibility for a component or sub-module delivery. Drive the work from an operational perspective. Have a capacity to work individually or with a small team actively to secure the deliverables. Lead mechanical design engineering activities in a particular area. Play an active role in the delivery. Integrate deliveries from others and secure quality and readiness before release. Spread knowledge and develop competence within the team. |
Mechanical Engineer C 6+ years | Lead a defined area of technical expertise, with moderate technical complexity. Lead mechanical design engineering in a technical team. Have on holistic view on deliverables from other interfaces to secure quality & readiness before release. Spread knowledge and develop competence within the team. Develop and Manage networking across the organization and provide inputs to the project pre-requisites based on the component history. |
