Job Title: Manhattan WMS Consultant

Location: Miami, FL (Onsite)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Manhattan WMS Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Manhattan WMOS (Warehouse Management for Open Systems). The ideal candidate will support and/or implement Manhattan WMS solutions, work closely with business and technical teams, and ensure stable, efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform hands-on configuration of Manhattan WMOS WMS systems.

  • Support and/or implement Manhattan WMS solutions in enterprise environments.

  • Write and optimize complex Oracle SQL queries for application development and analysis.

  • Analyze complex system issues, contribute to estimates, and provide solution recommendations.

  • Participate in end-to-end implementation and production support for business-critical systems.

  • Gather business requirements and design accurate, efficient WMS solutions.

  • Analyze and reengineer repetitive or failed processes to reduce operational risk.

  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure clear solution understanding and minimize rework.

  • Maintain and understand interface specifications and configuration options.

  • Document requirements and solutions in alignment with SDLC processes.

  • Follow change control methodologies in day-to-day activities.

  • Provide shift and on-call support as needed under time-sensitive and high-pressure situations.

  • Stay current with warehouse execution technologies, trends, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with Manhattan WMOS WMS configuration.

  • Experience supporting or implementing Manhattan WMS solutions.

  • Advanced Oracle SQL skills, including complex query development.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

  • Ability to create presentations and operational scorecards.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with UNIX/Linux servers.

  • Knowledge of Oracle relational databases.
