Job Title: Automation Test Lead (ETL Testing Exp is require)

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the full testing lifecycle, from planning to execution and closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement test strategies.
  • Coordinate with offshore QA teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Review and validate test cases, scripts, and automation frameworks.
  • Manage defect tracking and resolution processes.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on test progress, metrics, and outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to QA standards and best practices.
  • Mentor junior QA staff and promote continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
12+ years of experience in software testing, with 5+ years in a lead role.
Strong offshore coordination and communication skills.
Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM).

Experience with ETL Testing would be a plus
Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT, Cypress).
Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
