Our client is looking for a Node JS Developer.This is a 12 plus months’ contract role. Please find below the details of the position.

Job Description

Position Title: Node JS Developer

Location: Sunrise,FL (Locals)

Length: Contract C2C

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Must have 8+ years of experience with strong hands on knowledge on the skills (highlighted)

·         Deep expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.

·         Hands-on experience with backend frameworks such as Fastify or Express.

·         Proven ability in designing, developing, and maintaining microservices architectures.

·         Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines specifically using GitHub Actions and Workflows.

·         Solid experience with serverless architectures and cloud platforms like AWS Lambda, Azure Functions.

·         In-depth understanding of REST API design principles and best practices.

·         Strong grasp of backend security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and data protection.

·         Knowledge of observability, telemetry, and performance monitoring tools (e.g., OpenTelemetry, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).

·         Experience in building and scaling platform-level systems — including API gateways, rate limiting, and service orchestration.

Bonus Skills

·         Understanding of AI platform concepts like Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

·         Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

·         Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform).

·         Experience working in environments focused on developer productivity and internal platform development.
