Job Description: Oracle Fusion Order Management, Contracts cloud Techno Functional Consultant
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oracle Fusion Order Management and Contracts Techno-Functional Consultant to join our AMS project team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Fusion Order Management and Contracts applications, with a strong background in both technical and functional aspects. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business requirements and providing ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for Oracle Fusion OM, Contracts cloud applications, including troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing fixes.
- Support integrations with other enterprise systems such as Oracle ERP, and other third-party applications. Ensure seamless data flow and process integration.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of OM, Contracts cloud applications to ensure high availability and responsiveness.
- Manage incidents and problems related to OM, Contracts cloud applications, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations.
Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or any degree.
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Order Management and contracts, including implementation, support, and customization.
- Maintain integration interfaces using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware tools.
- Should be familiar with Fusion OM, Contracts implementation best practices and standard documentation.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in Oracle Cloud Order Management, Contracts applications. Optimize system performance through tuning and configuration adjustments.
- Develop custom user interfaces and dashboards using Oracle Visual Builder.
- Set up order processing rules, pricing, and fulfillment configurations.
- Create and modify reports, interfaces, extensions, and workflows () to enhance functionality.
- Implement REST and SOAP web services for seamless data exchange between systems.
- Use Oracle Support for issue resolution and knowledge base access.
- Set up contract templates, clauses, and approval workflows.
- Define and configure contract types, statuses, and lifecycle stages.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.

- Oracle Order Management certification.
