Job Details
Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in ERP/CRM platforms, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture, while mentoring teams and driving technical excellence across projects. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Design Define and implement technical frameworks and architecture for enterprise applications. Select appropriate technical options for development, including reuse, improvement, or reconfiguration of existing components. Conduct design document reviews and peer code reviews, suggesting improvements. Identify problem patterns and optimize technical design for efficiency, cost, and quality. Development & Deployment Interpret application/component design and develop accordingly. Code, debug, test, and document product/component/feature development stages. Validate results with users and commission overall solutions. Act as a single point of contact for build and deployment issues. Project & Process Management Participate in sprint planning and operational activities. Manage delivery of modules and user stories. Execute and monitor release processes. Ensure adherence to coding standards, documentation, and project timelines. Mentoring & Leadership Mentor and manage development teams, set goals, and provide feedback. Conduct technical assessments for hiring and upskilling team members. Drive employee engagement and foster a collaborative team environment. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement Interface with customers to clarify requirements and present design options. Collaborate with client architects and stakeholders to finalize implementation. Influence customer satisfaction through proactive suggestions and timely delivery. Knowledge Management & Innovation Contribute to ERP/CRM practice activities including case studies, reusability, and internal seminars. Share knowledge through documentation, training sessions, and hackathons. Stay updated with newly released technology features and conduct impact analysis. Required Qualifications Proven experience in enterprise architecture and solution design. Strong understanding of ERP/CRM platforms and cloud-based infrastructures. Proficiency in HTML/HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX, Web Services, and JavaScript frameworks. Experience with integration using SOAP and REST APIs. Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables under pressure. Preferred Qualifications Experience with mobile development, analytics, and Google APIs. Deep knowledge of architecting solutions on cloud platforms. Functional and technical design experience in ERP/CRM cloud features and automation. Education: Bachelors Degree
