Job Details

We are looking for a skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team in Norwell, MA. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of business acumen and technical expertise, capable of working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and collaborating with development teams to deliver solutions. This role requires experience in creating wireframes and writing SQL queries, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
  • Create wireframes, workflows, and visual documentation to guide development.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure successful implementation.
  • Write and execute SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and reporting.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and troubleshoot any issues post-deployment.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technical or data-focused role.
  • Strong experience creating wireframes and process diagrams.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and analyzing data sets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Nice to Have:

  • Background in industrial services, energy, or manufacturing domains.
