Hybrid schedule must work on site 3 days a week.

Proficient in one or more programming languages (e.g., C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript)
Experience acting as a Technical Lead on a successful large-scale IT project
Extensive expertise in Azure Cloud Services like Azure AppServices, Azure Functions, AzureDevOps, Azure Storage, Azure Kubernetes Service, etc.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservice architecture, and serverless computing
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AMR templates, Bicep, or Terraform
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Azure Monitor and Application Insights
Microsoft certification as DevOps Engineer Expert highly desired

The Client is seeking a Technical Lead for a cloud-based software development project with the initial phase currently in progress.

The position will act as the Technical Lead for an established development team that is currently adding additional staffing in support of the project. The Technical Lead will provide oversight, direction and guidance/consultation to the project development team throughout the entire project lifecycle through final acceptance of all deliverables. Will work with the project manager to ensure all aspects of project management disciplines and ensure compliance with agency specific and Commonwealth project management and project governance policies, procedures, standards and guidelines. Review and validate project deliverables to ensure information accuracy, thoroughness, completeness and compliance. Ensures project has a valid project plan that maintains scope, tasks, schedules, estimates, and status, and that information is accurately disseminated to IT management. Directs corrective actions in any area in which performance falls below objectives. Monitor the progress of the project and provide quick and accurate responses to Agency leadership as to status, issues and risks of the project.
