Job Description:
The Lead Consultant in SAP Basis S/4HANA Upgrade & Migration is responsible for overseeing the successful upgrade and migration of SAP Basis to S/4HANA, ensuring seamless transition and optimal functionality in alignment with business objectives and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end upgrade and migration projects for sap basis to s/4hana.
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and quality of work.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and ensure smooth integration.
- Conduct system assessments, troubleshooting, and performance tuning as needed.
- Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for sap basis s/4hana configuration and optimization.
- Perform system backups, disaster recovery, and system enhancements to support business operations.
- Stay UpToDate with the latest sap technologies and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.
Skill Requirements
- Proficient in sap basis administration and configuration.
- Extensive experience in sap s/4hana upgrades and migrations.
- Strong knowledge of sap landscape transformation and system integration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in sap environments.
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivery and quality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Certification in sap basis or s/4hana is preferred but not mandatory.
Required Skills
* 6-8 years of experience in SAP Basis administration
* Strong hands on experience with SAP BTP services like SAP Cloud Foundry, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Extension Suite and SAP Mobile services launchpad
* Expertise in managing SAP S4 systems and upgrades
* Experience with SAP Cloud connector and Hybrid system integrations
* Exposure to AWS Azure cloud is good to have
