🧩 Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Meditech Expanse Analyst to support, configure, and optimize the Meditech Expanse EHR platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with clinical, operational, and technical teams to ensure efficient workflows, system stability, and high-quality patient care delivery in a remote environment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Configure, support, and optimize Meditech Expanse modules

• Analyze clinical and business workflows and translate them into system solutions

• Provide application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

• Participate in Expanse implementations, upgrades, and go-lives

• Build and maintain dictionaries, rules, and clinical content

• Perform testing (unit, integrated, UAT) and support change management

• Collaborate with clinicians, IT teams, and vendors for system enhancements

• Create and maintain system documentation and training materials

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards (HIPAA)

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Meditech Expanse

• Knowledge of Meditech Expanse architecture and workflows

• Experience supporting clinical, financial, or ancillary modules

• Understanding of healthcare data, workflows, and hospital operations

• Experience with system configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization

• Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Expanse Web / Mobile applications

• Knowledge of HL7 interfaces and third-party integrations

• Prior experience with hospital implementations or post-go-live support

• Familiarity with reporting and data extraction tools

📌 Nice to Have

• Meditech certification (Expanse preferred)

• Experience working in multi-facility or large health systems

• Exposure to revenue cycle or clinical documentation improvement
