Requirements:
- 5+ years of public pension administration experience with strong workflow expertise
- Proficiency in customer service roles supporting pension or enterprise software
- Experience in resolving complex software issues in a support setting
- Experience with Teamwork and Jira for ticket and task management
- Experience in troubleshooting, testing, and validating software resolutions
- Experience with remote collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for customer engagement
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer issues related to pension software with technical expertise and empathy
- Proficiency in identifying and documenting issues, enhancements, and training needs
- Experience in managing support cases through resolution in line with SLAs
- Experience with guiding clients through UAT and confirming production readiness
- Experience in coordinating across internal dev teams to troubleshoot and deploy fixes
- Experience with maintaining support documentation and customer knowledge base
- Communicate clearly with clients to build trust and long-term relationships
