AI Product Manager

Job Description

• Facilitate development, deployment, monitoring of machine learning models.
• This role specifically focuses on the GenAI R&D development team.
• The vision of this team is to research, create, and integrate GenAI for clients.
• Key functions for this team are providing analytical model development environments tailored to GenAI, creating reusable model components for data scientists to use (RAG, Guardrails, UIs,..), ensuring tools for development are compliant, integrating with client s analytic data ecosystem, piloting and deploying cutting edge models and supporting and collaborating with partners across the model lifecycle (MRM\, MLEs, Architect, etc..)

Qualification

• 10+ years of Product management Or Engineering experience in Financial Services.
• Familiar with ILMs (GPT, LLaMA, etc..) diffusion models and other generative techniques.
• Understanding of the machine learning lifecycle (Model training, fine-tuning, deployment, and monitoring).
• Understanding of prompt engineering and their impact on model outputs and Optimization strategies.
• Familiarity with regulatory and ethical requirements for machine learning models.
