In this Role, you'll get to:

  • Manage Trip.com's lodging connectivity partners for American hotels,.
  • Review mutual technical opportunities and issues, driving solutions from both the partner's and Trip.com's internal teams.
  • Develop plans with internal and external stakeholders to achieve various business goals from a connectivity perspective, including product competitiveness, service quality improvement, and business interruption reduction etc.
  • Provide effective connectivity training and support to Europe market management and operation teams.
  • Collaborate closely with internal product and tech teams to drive the development of connectivity technology.

What you'll Need to Succeed:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical account management within the online travel industry.
  • Strong client-facing skills.
  • Knowledgeable in API integration.
  • Enthusiastic about travel, technology, and international business.
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
  • Technical skills in SQL and data analysis (preferred).
  • Mandarin is a plus.
  • Valid working permit/visa in the US (no sponsorship)
