Engagement & Project Overview
- Seeking a visionary Senior Enterprise Architect to lead the transformation of enterprise business capabilities and application portfolios in a healthcare-focused, large enterprise environment.
- The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in capability modelling, application architecture rationalization, and generative AI (Gen AI) technologies, driving alignment between business strategies and IT solutions.
- The EA Program & Platforms lead will lead the architecture and engineering across internal tools and orchestrate integrations across Fairview s ecosystem.
Job Description :
1. Business Capability Modelling and Strategic Alignment
- Application Architecture Rationalization
- Generative AI Strategy and Integration
- Enterprise Architecture Development
- Healthcare Industry Expertise to meet with the HIPAA Compliance and Controls
- Leadership and Governance
Core Expertise:
- Extensive experience in capability modelling and aligning technology capabilities with business strategy.
- Proven ability to rationalize application portfolios and provide roadmaps for modernization and optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.
Generative AI Expertise:
- Practical experience with Generative AI tools and platforms, such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
- Knowledge of AI/ML workflows, including data preparation, model training, and deployment.
- Familiarity with ethical AI practices and governance frameworks.
Cloud Proficiency:
- Strong expertise in AWS, Azure (including Gen AI tools), and Google Cloud Platform, with experience in designing multi-cloud and hybrid cloud architectures.
- Solid understanding of cloud-native services, containerization, and microservices architectures.
- Healthcare and Large Enterprise Experience:
- Demonstrated experience working in the healthcare industry, designing architectures that address compliance, interoperability, and scalability.
- Experience in large enterprises with complex IT environments and multiple business units.
Technical Knowledge:
- Hands-on experience with modern application development, including APIs, integration platforms, and DevOps tools.
- Familiarity with data management, analytics, and healthcare standards like FHIR and HL7.
Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse teams.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision with immediate tactical needs.
