Title: Senior ASIC Verification Engineer
Type: Contract (9 Months plus possible extensions)
Location: Milpitas, CA - Fully Onsite
Our client is seeking a Senior ASIC Verification Engineer to help drive the verification of cutting-edge SoCs designed for broadband wireless access.

Description:
Title: Senior ASIC Verification Engineer
Type: Contract (9 Months plus possible extensions)
Location: Milpitas, CA - Fully Onsite
Our client is seeking a Senior ASIC Verification Engineer to help drive the verification of cutting-edge SoCs designed for broadband wireless access.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with DSP, system, and software engineers to define and execute verification strategies at the system and full-chip level
- Develop and enhance verification infrastructure and methodologies to support next-generation SoCs
- Work closely with system architects, RTL designers, FPGA, and emulation engineers to ensure verification coverage and requirements are met
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE); Master's degree (MSEE) preferred
- 5-12 years of experience in ASIC verification
- Strong proficiency in SystemVerilog and UVM
- Proficiency in C++, Object-Oriented Programming, and scripting languages such as Python
- Experience with the full digital verification workflow: test plan creation, implementation, reviews, and regression debugging
- Solid understanding of VLSI fundamentals and SoC architecture
- Experience with Ethernet and packet processing
- Ability to build reusable, layered verification testbench infrastructure
