Job Summary:
The OCM Manager will collaborate closely with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to drive alignment, support change initiatives, and ensure consistent messaging across functions. This includes partnering with Talent, Total Rewards, HR Technology, and Communications to assess impacts, coordinate rollout strategies, and promote adoption of key programs. The role requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to navigate diverse stakeholder needs while fostering a unified approach to organizational change.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead change management efforts across assigned HR domains to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to assess change impacts and develop tailored strategies for adoption and sustainability.
- Design and implement comprehensive change management plans, including:
- Stakeholder engagement
- Communication strategies
- Training and enablement programs
- Organizational readiness assessments
- Resistance management
- Support Sr. Manager in serving as a trusted advisor to HR leaders and cross-functional teams on change leadership and organizational effectiveness.
- Support and manage the deployment and optimization of digital HR tools and platforms, including change support for system implementations and upgrades for assigned scopes of work.
- Measure and report on change effectiveness, adoption rates, and employee engagement related to HR initiatives for assigned scopes of work.
- Collaborate with internal communications and learning teams to ensure consistent messaging and capability building.
- Plan, coordinate, and activate HR Functional campaigns and events.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Change Management, Communications, adult education or a similar area of study, or in lieu of degree
Skills:
- -Experience completing complex transformational initiatives
- -Demonstrated experience supporting organizational change initiatives tied to enterprise HR technologies, specifically Oracle HCM. Familiarity with change strategies for system implementations, process redesign, and end-user adoption within large-scale HR transformations is highly valued.
- -Adaptable, agile, collaborative, and passionate about the work and success.
- -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have the skills to tell a story visually and succinctly, and to communicate up, down, and across.
- -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, operating in an Agile framework
- -Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities while keeping stakeholders informed regarding time and budget.
