CCIE Certified Architect

Looking for a CCIE certified resources, this resource would initially be engaged to assess, and address issues in specific devices and address any issues, these devices were involved in a recent outage. In addition, there is a developed an upgrade plan for their infrastructure as they are on equipment that will be end of life within the next year.

In addition, the resource will support analysis of dark fiber network connection in place and encryption use for these connections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed assessment and remediation of network devices involved in a recent major outage
• Rapidly identify root causes and implement fixes to restore full stability
• Develop and present a comprehensive infrastructure upgrade plan for equipment reaching end-of-life/end-of-support within the next 12 months
• Analyze existing dark fiber connections, including current encryption methods and security posture
• Provide recommendations to optimize performance, security, and compliance across dark fiber links

Requirements:

• Active CCIE certification (Routing & Switching or equivalent)
• Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving complex, high-impact network incidents
• Strong expertise in network infrastructure lifecycle management and EoL/EoS planning
• Hands-on knowledge of dark fiber deployments and encryption technologies
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
