Description

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team on a long-term contract basis. Based in Plymouth, Minnesota, this role offers an exciting opportunity to create impactful designs that elevate brand presence and engage target audiences. Responsibilities:
Develop creative designs for advertisements, brochures, banner ads, and other marketing materials.
Ensure design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines to enhance overall brand awareness.
Utilize tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Illustrator, InDesign, and Dreamweaver to produce high-quality visual content.
Collaborate with marketing and project teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Maintain design controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality in all deliverables.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into projects.
Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Review and refine designs based on feedback to achieve optimal results.
Assist in brainstorming creative concepts and visual strategies for campaigns.

Requirements

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Dreamweaver.
Strong experience creating advertisements, banner ads, brochures, and other marketing materials.
Solid understanding of brand awareness strategies and the ability to translate them into visual designs.
Knowledge of design controls and the ability to maintain quality and compliance standards.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for producing visually appealing and impactful designs.
Familiarity with current design trends and techniques to keep work fresh and engaging.
