Job Description:
Key Job Responsibilities:
Sr. Salesforce Developer proactively identify opportunities to automate repetitive workflows, optimize back-end processes, and raise the bar on robust and scalable code-writing practices.
In this rolyou will create custom user experiences that streamline business processes, build a world-class component library to empower Administrators to deliver more custom features at scale, and collaborate with software development teams to build seamless integrations.
You will also maintain existing features/ products, help design and implement new global initiatives, provide user support, and drive quality improvement processes globally.
You will operate independently as well as in partnership with Product Managers and key stakeholders for requirement gathering, solutions consulting, and implementation of new feature-sets.p.
While the platform will be your main focus, you will be asked to learn and support AWS technologies as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
7+ years of post-internship, hands-on engineering experience developing on Salesforce platform
7+ years of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), APEX, and SOQL/SOSL
Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using SOAP, REST, BULK and Streaming APIs.
Experience in building complex, scalable and high-performance software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
Prior experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Account Engagement Clouds, Salesforce Communities/Experience cloud, and Data Cloud.
Solid understanding of AWS core concepts and experience leveraging AWS services including Lambda, CloudWatch, Appflow, S3, and others.
Preferred Qualifications:
In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the application architecture coupled with good knowledge of business processes (Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.)
Understanding of broader systems engineering concepts including data structures, data modeling, database schemas, event-driven vs. message-driven architecture, and API integration best practices
Experience with Git Version Control Systems and CI/CD workflows within Salesforce.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
Demonstrated success in leading at least two full life-cycle implementations
Candidate Requirements:
Required Skills:
APEX coding and lighting experience
Platform Dev2 certification (preferred)
