Description:

THE ROLE:
Inventory control

The person:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about inventory control and operating analytical solutions that have a direct impact on client s power and performance labs. You will join a team which offers phenomenal potential to grow the business unit s capabilities and ultimately to make your mark.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using internal inventory management software.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure adequate stock levels.
Receive and inspect incoming inventory, verifying accuracy and quality.
Organize and manage internal storage areas to optimize space and accessibility.
Coordinate internal deliveries between operations and stakeholders.
Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline internal inventory processes.
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding inventory management and security.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience with part data management (PDM) and material requirement planning (MRP) systems
Background in understanding basic data structures and SQL.
Strong communications skills
Strong multi-tasking ability
Detail oriented
Strong adaptability to dynamic situations
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Schedule driven.
Team oriented.
