Job Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Content Writer to create high-quality, engaging, and technically accurate content for our products, services, and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a knack for breaking down complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, and user-friendly content for diverse audiences, including developers, IT professionals, and end-users.

Key Responsibilities:
Research, write, and edit technical articles, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and documentation
Develop product manuals, API documentation, user guides, and FAQs
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and SMEs to gather technical details
Ensure content is SEO-optimized and aligns with brand voice and style guidelines
Simplify technical jargon for non-technical audiences without losing accuracy
Maintain and update existing content to reflect product updates and industry trends
Work with marketing teams to create compelling content for campaigns, websites, and social media.

3+ years of experience in technical writing/content creation (IT, SaaS, or tech industry preferred)
Strong understanding of technical concepts (e.g., software development, cloud computing, APIs, cybersecurity)
Proficiency in markdown, HTML, or tools like Confluence, MadCap Flare, or Git
Familiarity with SEO best practices and basic analytics (e.g., Google Analytics)
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
