Job Details

Job Title: Agentic AI Developer
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)
Experience Required: 8+ yrs Profiles
Tax Term: Only W2 / 1099
 
 
Mandatory/Must have Skills:

1) Develop and deploy autonomous AI agents that operate, learn, and adapt in real-world environments.

2) Optimize TensorFlow-based models for real-time inference and low-latency decision-making.

3) Enhance agent decision-making abilities through RL, planning, and heuristic algorithms.

4) Design and implement multi-agent architectures using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, or similar.

5) Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, MQTT).

6) Monitor and optimize agent performance using observability tools like OpenTelemetry, ELK stack, or Prometheus.

7) Ensure AI safety, security, and ethical considerations in agent behavior.

8) Collaborate with AI researchers, ML engineers, and software developers to push the boundaries of Agentic AI.

9) Stay up to date with AI trends , including autonomous agents, self-improving models, and multi-agent coordination.
