Overview
We re mobilizing for a high-impact initiative and need a Project Manager who can drive execution end-to-end with precision and strong governance. This role is built for someone who s hands-on with planning, budgeting, coordination, and documentation while operating with high autonomy. You ll orchestrate cross-functional workstreams, enable strategic visibility for senior leadership, and steer special projects that support organizational priorities.
You ll also partner with internal teams to initiate, sponsor, and guide diverse projects, ensuring operational alignment and seamless delivery. The environment moves fast, so being proactive, structured, and solutions-driven is key.
Key Responsibilities
Develop project management tools, dashboards, and standardized artifacts.
Maintain data and reporting on critical and major initiatives.
Communicate progress updates to senior and executive stakeholders.
Provide recommendations to improve PMO practices and execution models.
Lead or support multiple projects simultaneously with strong ownership.
Work with broad stakeholder groups to advance project outcomes with strategic clarity.
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change controls across initiatives.

8 | Required | Experience drafting SOWs, charters, design docs, test plans, risk assessments, budgets, schedules, and resource plans. |

1 | Preferred | Ability to summarize/escalate issues, deliver weekly written and verbal status updates, and lead project team meetings. |
