RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking an Outbound Sales Consultant II to join their team in Plano, TX. The Manager is open to 100% remote for this role. The work schedule for this role is M-F, 8am-5pm CT.
Duties:
* Outbound Sales Consultant II will sell a product or service and complete the process of that sale from start to finish
* May consist of tracking down new sales prospects and maintaining relationships with potential future buyers
* Responsible for being very familiar with the product or service you are selling; This may be accomplished by attending training sessions, testing out samples of the product or service, or even purchasing the product in order to use it and become acquainted with it; Typically given a sales quota by management
* May also be responsible for ensuring that the product or service arrives on time, as well as following up to find out more about customer satisfaction
* Solicits and maintains contact with current and prospect key accounts
* As an Outbound Sales Consultant II, you will track activity, prepare and maintain records for sales leads and account status
* Handle entire inside sales process from proposal to close; Reach or exceed sales quotas
* Sell the organization's products and/or services to established customers or new prospects via the telephone or walk-in business
* Attend special training of products and/or services to understand technical aspects of solutions
REQUIREMENTS:
* Associate/Bachelor's degree preferred
* A relationship-focused sales professional with a value-based selling mindset, skilled in networking, research, and lead nurturing; Demonstrated tenacity and persistence in pursuing opportunities until client needs are met
* Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to provide information for sound business decisions
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, using appropriate business language and etiquette. relationships. close deals
* Proven ability to build rapport and credibility, earning customer trust and fostering long-term
* Confidence in demonstrating value-based selling and engaging with decision-makers
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
