Location:Montreal, Quebec, Canada
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from intake to offer and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and local networks
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support employer branding efforts and participate in local recruitment events when needed
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
- Strong knowledge of the Montreal and Quebec talent market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
- Experience with sourcing tools
- Experience fulfilling some of the key roles such as Observability Engineers, SRE, Full Stack Developers, Product Owners, Data Engineers etc
- High level of organization and attention to detail
