Location:Montreal, Quebec, Canada
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from intake to offer and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and local networks
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Support employer branding efforts and participate in local recruitment events when needed
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
  • Strong knowledge of the Montreal and Quebec talent market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
  • Experience with sourcing tools
  • Experience fulfilling some of the key roles such as Observability Engineers, SRE, Full Stack Developers, Product Owners, Data Engineers etc
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
