RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Developer in Tampa, FL.
Summary:
As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable reporting solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role focuses on data modeling, report creation, dashboard development, and analytics-not administrative tasks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards tailored to business unit needs
* Develop custom reporting solutions using SOQL, Apex, and Lightning components
* Design scalable data models and ensure data integrity across reporting layers
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver insights
* Integrate Salesforce data with external BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) when needed
* Optimize report performance and usability across desktop and mobile platforms
* Support data governance and ensure compliance with internal reporting standards
* Stay current with Salesforce analytics features and recommend enhancements
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related field
* 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development with a focus on reporting and analytics
* Strong proficiency in SOQL, report types, and dashboard configuration
* Experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components for custom reporting logic
* Familiarity with external BI tools and data integration practices
* Understanding of Salesforce data architecture and object relationships
* Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
* Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer or Tableau CRM preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
