Summary:
BUSINESS ANALYST
Responsibilities:
- Acts as liaison between the business users and IT.
- Makes recommendations to address specific business needs for IT-based solutions.
- Collaborates with multiple cross-functional areas - externally and internally - in the implementation of system and business processes.
- Defines system scopes and objectives, as well as the content of required documentation.
- Evaluates new software products to determines their applicability to current and future IT environments.
- Manages vendor relationships, including issue notifications and follow-ups until resolution.
Duties include:
- Facilitate requirements gathering
- Document requirements and use cases
- Support other project documentation
- Document UAT test cases, plans as necessary
- Support UAT execution as needed
- Support maintenance of project's Microsoft Teams channel
Qualifications:
- True business analyst; interviewing end users within the ADV business, gathering problem statements, pain point with the exiting business process, translating into system business solutions.
- Scope the solution working with architects
- Strong communications skills and facilitation skills
- Big 4 experience is a plus
- BA Certification is a plus, not required
- Not data or systems analyst
Pay Range: $54-55
