Project Manager ONESOURCE Tax Implementations

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with hands-on Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE experience to lead enterprise tax technology implementations. This is a client-facing delivery role focused on managing multiple long-term projects in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ONESOURCE tax software implementations

• Manage multiple concurrent client projects using a waterfall delivery model

• Oversee ERP-integrated tax solutions (SAP and/or Oracle environments)

• Serve as primary point of contact for client stakeholders and escalations

• Track scope, schedule, risks, and dependencies across complex programs

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of client-facing Project Management experience

• Hands-on ONESOURCE implementation experience (required)

• Experience delivering enterprise tax technology solutions (indirect tax, trade compliance, or direct tax)

• ERP integration experience with SAP and/or Oracle

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• PMP certification

• Experience with competing tax platforms (e.g., Vertex, Avalara)
