We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to an innovative and forward-thinking company in the engineering industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, designing, and improving electrical instruments and systems while ensuring compliance with safety procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and design new electrical systems, solve problems, and test equipment.
2. Study and apply knowledge of electrical schematics, power distribution & control panel layout.
3. Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to ensure project completion within the specified deadline.
4. Review architectural plans and prepare electrical systems layouts.
5. Oversee and coordinate work with the electrical team to design, develop, and supervise all aspects of electrical control systems, equipment, and machinery.
6. Work closely with other departments to maintain and improve the electrical infrastructure of the company.
7. Conduct quality control tasks, inspections, and evaluations to ensure the completion of projects as planned and adherence to national and local codes.
8. Evaluate operational systems and recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions.
9. Ensure that installations and applications are in line with customer needs and safety standards.
10. Collaborate with engineers or other personnel to identify, define, or solve developmental problems.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, specifically in the HVAC field.
3. Strong knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes, electrical codes, and industry best practices.
4. Proven expertise in the use of electrical diagnostic equipment and software.
5. Excellent computer skills and proficiency in the use of engineering software.
6. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Strong leadership and project management abilities.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and complete tasks independently.
10. Highly motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
11. Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred but not required.
